M.A. Whately automates the routine admin of Irish small businesses: document requests, supplier bills, invoice chasing, compliance deadlines and team records. You can have the firm set it up for you, or use the M.A. Whately Suite yourself. Either way, a person checks anything that is filed, paid or sent.
Done for you
Adrian Capraru looks at how your admin runs today and writes a plan for what to automate, then builds it and hands it over.

AI Integration & Business Automation
Adrian Capraru is M.A. Whately's Director of AI & Business Automation. He designed and built the M.A. Whately Suite and runs each automation project himself, from the first review to handover.
"I designed and built every page, flow and safeguard in the M.A. Whately Suite. If a system touches your business data, I know exactly where it goes."
Adrian Capraru, Director of AI & Business Automation
Your data stays in Ireland. The Suite runs on servers in Dublin with its database in Ireland, under EU data protection law. Each business is walled off from every other, and every action is logged.
A person signs off. AI can read a receipt or draft a reply. Nothing is filed with Revenue or sent to a customer without your approval.
Or email Adrian directly: adrian@mawhately.ie
How it works
A conversation with Adrian about the job that takes the most time, and whether automating it is worth it.
What would change, an estimate of the hours saved, the cost and the safeguards, agreed before anything is built.
Built and tested with your own data, and checked by a person, before anything goes live.
Documented and owned by your business, your team shown how it works, with support afterwards.
Mostly work that moves the same information from one place to another: asking customers and staff for documents, reading supplier bills, chasing overdue invoices, tracking Revenue and CRO deadlines, and keeping timesheets, expenses and certificates up to date. Work that needs judgement stays with people: pricing, credit decisions, tax positions and anything that is signed.
The M.A. Whately Suite is software you use yourself: free tools in your browser, and packages from €29 a month per business, excluding VAT. An automation review is for when you would rather the firm looks at how your business runs and sets things up for you, using the Suite where it fits.
No. The free tools are open to anyone, and any Irish business can ask for a review or a Suite package. Accounting clients can ask about the Done for you package, which is part of the accounting fee.
No. AI is used to read, sort and draft. A person checks the result, and nothing is filed with Revenue, paid or sent to a customer without approval. M.A. Whately does not use personal data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
