Free tools for Irish businesses

M.A. Whately's free tools are quick checks and everyday tools for Irish small businesses: an automation check, a cyber health check, e-invoicing readiness, a compliance calendar, quotes, a cash flow forecast, a payment chaser, receipt capture and a bank statement converter. They run in your browser on the M.A. Whately Suite, with nothing to install and no account, and what you type is not sent to the firm.

Each one takes a few minutes and ends with clear next steps you can act on yourself, or hand to the firm.

Free means free: no account and no card. Your work stays in this browser, and saving a file asks for your email once. A package adds the rest: your work saved to your account for the whole team, document requests that send their own reminders, bills read by AI with VAT and fraud checks and posted to Xero, and your own name and logo. From €19 a month. See packages

Running a company? The audit exemption check on our audit page tells you in a minute whether you need a statutory audit.

Are the tools really free?

Yes. They run in your browser on suite.mawhately.ie, with nothing to install and no account needed.

Is what I type sent to M.A. Whately?

No. The free tools run in your browser and what you type into them is not sent to the firm. If you later sign in to a Suite account, your data is also saved to that account, hosted in the EU.

Can these tools run on their own?

Yes, with a Suite package or an automation project. The workflows page shows what runs on the Suite, and an automation review looks at your own week.
