Security
The Suite's database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland), and its web servers run in Dublin.
Row level security keeps every business's records separate from every other's, and the separation is covered by automated tests.
M.A. Whately sees your account's package and people, but not your requests or files, unless you add the practice as a member.
People sending you documents use a long random link. Each upload uses a signed link that expires after 2 hours.
Every action on a request is logged on its timeline, and account changes go to an audit log that cannot be edited.
Each business sets how long finished requests are kept, from 3 to 84 months (24 by default). They are then deleted with their files.
