Business automation workflows on the M.A. Whately Suite

Business automation means letting software handle repeat admin: asking for documents, reading bills, chasing invoices, tracking deadlines and keeping team records. Each workflow on this page runs on a module of the M.A. Whately Suite that exists today, and each one shows the step a person stays in charge of.

You need files or answers from customers, suppliers or staff: a signed form, a photo of an ID, bank details.
    The Suite

Does the Suite connect directly to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks?

Not as a live connection. The Bills & Receipts Inbox exports files in the formats Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Accounting and Sage 50 import, and the Payment Chaser reads a CSV such as Xero's Aged Receivables Detail. A direct connection can be scoped as a separate project in an automation review.
